i wish to start a petition to campaign to Harrogate council to allocate a legal wall where artist can paint with out fear of criminal charges and hopefully have a wall where can teach up and coming artists and this would hopefully reduce the amount of illegal graffiti in and around the town which in result hopefully will save money in graffiti clean up. and hopefully in the future Harrogate arts council could be involved with maybe in the future getting schools involved in art projects inc. on the wall and maybe even colleges you only have to take a look at Stockwell park in London and see how big this has become and the artists it attracts from around the world
