Our senator Richard Young has co-authored a Resolution to amend the State Constitution to guarentee the right of anyone who wants to start a CAFO or CFO the right to do so without interference from our County Commissioners or citizens... The only way to circumvent this is to pass a local ordanance to ban the construction of such farms... therefore,

 If you would like to see a Referendum on the 2014 ballot to ban the construction of new Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) and CFOs (smaller versions of CAFOs) and the expansion of existing CAFOs and CFOs in Harrison County, Indiana, please sign this petition.
