We desperately need and have needed a skate park for years!!!!

This would be a wonderful addition to our community. There are always kiddos out skateboarding on the streets and in parking lots. How nice would it be to know that they have a safe place to go and skate and not have to worry about getting in trouble or worse hurt by being in streets. Give our kids more to do and though not all maybe they will be in less trouble.

I totally agree..I came here ten yrs ago from Northern Ca and one was established there and it was a godsend for the skaters..sO glad to see this get some attention

Great idea and about time! Not all kids are the traditional athlete, band member etc. That doesn't mean they are not just as talented or just as important to our community. All kids matter and need an outlet for expression and physical activity.
