The bridge allowed all abilities to access Pages Wood and without this connection those less able such as disabled and elderly are unable to enjoy the walk or ride which has been a great release over the last 18 months

This access is essential for a late section of our community who are unable to use the temporary bridge

Once the weather deteriorated there will be no access into Pages for many, as the current diversion will be too muddy and slippery, an accident waiting to happen.

I always used to walk my dog over the bridge and around Pages Wood. Since the bridge has been closed I am unable to go unless I’m with someone else as I don’t feel comfortable going round the other way on my own.

This is the most used bridge in the park. To access the paths now you have to cross the next bride, walk on grass and climb over the fence. What about pushchair and disabled access? They now cannot enjoy a walk into pages woods from Harold wood park

It’s a great asset to our community.

I use this bridge daily and the path they are advising we use it awful. I am unable to walk on slanted floor added to which it gets extremely wet and slippery. The closure of the bridge makes our beautiful woodlands in accessible for many.

Please replace the bridge as it opens up Pages Wood to a lot more people.

Please get this replaced as it or so difficult to enter pages Wood via the diversion as I have a pram! It has been out of action so long now

Please fix this bridge, we used to love getting some fresh air and enjoying the scenery at pages wood, it helped my mental health massively throughout lockdown. xx

The pathway through the meadow onto pages woods' footpaths is uneven and will especially be slippery and dangerous in the coming winter months. This is an accident waiting to happen!

I emailed Forestry England three times and they were far from helpful.

I (used to) regularly use Pages Wood to go for runs and walks. Please repair the bridge!

During lockdowns our family were taking daily walks around pages wood. Since the bridge has been shut we have hardly ventured into Pages Wood as the path is muddy and not easily accessible.

A real outrage this has not been actioned quickly by the Forestry team.
