Please put Harmon Killebrew on a stamp! He deserves to be honored on a stamp, not just what he did on the field, but what he did to help so many people after his playing careen through his charities.

Harmon Killebrew was my baseball hero as I followed the Twins in the sixties and seventies. I have even honored his birthday on June 29 with birthday parties. I miss his presence in the world!

It's unlikely that a Harmon Killebrew stamp will be approved simply based on his baseball or broadcasting careers regardless of his statistics which were generated without the use of performance enhancing chemicals. Perhaps the signers could add information related to his off-field contributions to the community. I'm hopeful we will see a Harmon Killebrew stamp.
