Saw Harmon Killebrew hit many a home run in DC when he played for the Senators. I was in stands when he hit his longest one in upper deck which came close to leaving stadium. Always a gentleman and loved signing autographs for kids.

No one is more deserving. Putting his likeness on a postage stamp would be a "home run"!!

Killer is the man who made me a Twins fan back in 1964. Tremendous human being who was humble and cared for the fans.

'Hammerin' Harmon was a great Twin and a great ambassador for MLB in general. I may be a little biased, but Harmon makes a great choice for a stamp. The root beer is pretty awesome too.

Nothing beats a frosty cold mug of root beer and watching footage of the great Harmon Killebrew hitting monster bombs out of the house. What a great subject for a hobby that also hits it out of the house. A Harmon Killebrew stamp? By all means!!!

Harmon brought 'em to their feet many, many times, and this rabid Twins fan saw him do it many, many times out at Met Stadium. I had the privilege of meeting him once, and I'll a;ways remember how he took the time to shoot the breeze with the Little Leaguers I had with me. He was a gentleman through and through. Let's hope the campaign to get him on that stamp meets with success. The Killer richly deserves the honor.
