This is a petition of support, to show Harker Heights Tx city officials how many area residents would appreciate a Dog Splash Park. Many supporters would love to help with donations and fundraisers, to help with costs of building and maintaining the Dog Splash Park. As this is Texas and the summer days are hot, we feel that our K9 companions deserve a place to cool off and have fun.
