we want an orderly, in-house transfer of management executed by the board

The owners have the right to be informed on any decision that is as major as this significant management change. This type of action warrants owner discussion and input before any decision is finalized. Please inform all owners as to all the PROS & CONS of changing the current management structure and allow discussion and owner review and input. Owners have the right to voice our opinions to protect our Harborside Inn investment.

Please inform owners as to all the details of how this type of management change will impact the Inn, the owners, and the current staff whom we love. How will it effect quality, our finances & maintenance fees, and will we be guaranteed to keep our own Harborside Inn staff or will they be replaced by the new team? How much input will we have in the future with this type of management?

The Board should definitely not make these kinds of decisions without a vote from the members. I want the Harborside experience to stay the way it has always been; friendly, clean and family oriented. We love Joe Badot and the staff. They do a fantastic job. An outside management company will change the experience, but not for the better. The personal family atmosphere will almost certainly be lost. Bookings are up 10% and dock sales are up as well. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. Keep the Harborside under control of the owners.

My Husband and I have owned for 25plus years.We use and own 7weeks.We aren't in favor of a change in management structure.We feel that there is no need for a corporate style take over to provide the services that we have been accustomed to!The current management team has provided a outstanding job giving the owners the service and attention that a quality timeshare facility deserves..A corporate style structure will only diminish the family oriented and highly successful property that we love!Changing the entire management operation will not continue to meet the needs and desires of current timeshare owners.We want the current management style to continue so that the Harborside experience continues to be as we expected when we first bought!Kathy and Michael Roy

I have been an owner since 1981. As I understand, the Trustees must take a vote when major decisions (especially the Management of Harborside Inn) are made. Therefore, I sign this petition to instruct the Board of Trustees to take no action until they have presented a comprehensive plan to the owners and submitted this plan for a Ballot Vote by the owners. We are one/week owners---do not remember receiving any newsletter in 2016 re: nor do we fully understand it ---but we support this partition as presented here and ask for a full readable "story". We have already voted this year.
