Happines is the most powerful instrument to garantee peace. When we are happy we can´t feel angry. If we are angry we loose the capacity of connecting with soft feelings. If we garantee happiness in a certain place, people that are not happy will fell unconfortable. Their aspect will be strange. In an event of great proportion it´s very difficult to maintain everyone under severe vigilance.
