The actions of the Harbourside CA Executive Committee are not supported by the majority of people who own or reside in apartments at The Waterfront.
Harbourside CA EC should immediately halt any legal action relating to Pulse.
Pulse provides significant lifestyle benefits to owners and residents at The Waterfront. The gym, indoor pool, steam room, tennis courts, library, meeting & function facilities and outdoor pool are great assets.
The right of residents to use and enjoy Pulse facilities has a positive effect on rental returns and market values.
