70 cm has been privileged to radio amateurs for many decades. Protect it against commercial interest, or it will be lost forever someday. I expressedly urge the FCC to not approve it's use to AST.

It is imperative that world governments do not permit the slow "nibbling away" of amateur bands. Evidence provided by interested parties is not evidence.

ST and all other companies and even the FCC have to respect international law and order. This 70cm band is dedicated to amateur radio use, and that's it. AST, keep off that band!

We do not need anymore interference. Already things from street lights to Battery chargers or Solar Inverters make the bands unusable.

The Amateur-Radio-Community of the whole planet, the PRIMARY users of these frequencies, do not want such kind of "SECONDARY" interference! Stop it NOW in the first try, or a hell of interference will be following in the next years!

(Salvo acuerdos especiales entre ambas partes).
