This place is a God send to Newquay. Treliske can't cope with the amount of people that go there as it is so u want to make it worse. And put more people out of jobs

I think its an awful idea to close Newquay hospital unless your planning to build a bigger permanent open all year round,day and night new hospital,that cornwall so desperately needs .

This hospital is vital to the community in so many ways, doubly so because of the ever increasing population of newquay. It also provides a vital and much needed service during the summer months.

We NEED our hospital. Treliske is on black alert yet again, so obviously can't cope with a bigger influx.

When Treliske is always on high alerts and short of bed why are the powers that be trying to close smaller hospitals. Newquay is expanding by the day as are other towns in cornwall. We need more hospital bed and department than ever to cope with it all not less. Stop putting so much strain on Treliske. We experienced A& E a few weeks ago and my husband was on a trolley in the corridors 5 hours before he made it to a cubicle, the poor staff we running about doing their best with not enough facilities to cope..

We are already miles away from medical help. This hospital is vital to the volume of people who need it. We have 20000 new houses being built. How can this happen

A very much needed hospital for a rapidly increasing local population, and a massively increased population of summer visitors.

My mum died in that hospital and was so well looked after and we her family was able to visit and be with her for around 14 hours per day.Also been used by our family for a few minor injuries would be silly to let this hospital go as the strain on Treliske would be even worse than it is now.
