As one of the busiest minor injuries unit, if this vital service closes in the summer it will just put more pressure on the already stretched treliske

We have used this lovely little hospital on 2 occasions when we were on holiday and we were looked after very efficiently, it would be a great loss to Newquay and surrounding areas and put lots of patients at risk by going 15 miles or more to Trelliske where they are constantly under pressure !!!

Newquay hospital is vital for outpatient care, minor injuries and community hospital beds for rehabilitation. Treliske cannot cope with patient volume as it stands. Newquay is a valuable asset

We need a hospital in Newquay, it houses the out of hours doctors and we have also used it when my children have had accidents. It is very important to the residents of Newquay, especially during the holiday season when there is a huge influx of people!

Have attended meetings and wish you to extend hospital/care facilities to isolated folk. We are doubly in need throughout summer period. Tourism is our bread and butter. Net coverage/public transport poor. More social care workers/clinicians to also educate/assess the young before behavioural patterns take hold. Prevention paramount. Disproportionate number of mental health patients here. Also support/social help groups info in large font please posted prominently? Mobility & hearing loss prove difficult when telephoning. Not all are computer literate and isolation dire. Our nurses/carers overstretched and leave due to stress.
