Newquay has a huge and very busy Summer Season, the Minor Injuries unit and x-Ray department is extremely busy, are we going to be sending all these people to Treliske adding to our already overstretched Hospital ,the suggestion to close this brilliant and much loved hospital is ridiculous!

Newquay hospital is desperately needed.Roades are gridlocked in summer .Rch does not cope with volume of patients through the winter time,so it will be chaos when tourists arrive.Anyone with any brain power should recognise this.

How can you think of closing the hospital with all of the new properties being built. Unless you have an A&E depatment in the town you are putting lives at risk.

I often have appointments here , and have had family and friends well looked after here . Would effect so many people if it closed :(

This would just put more strain on Truro a & e and clog roads. We have a growing population, tourism and an airport. We can't be a tourist resort without one.

This hosputal has been and always will be a vital part of the commmunity.its time our politicians invest in our own country instead of millions overseas for aid.charity starts at home save our nhs

Surely by closing this hospital it is just going to put added pressure on our main hospital in Truro which is already at critical!

It's a great local hospital. In a small town whose population increases by 500% during the summer it's also a necessity.

This is a very busy unit, particularly in summer when the local population increases so much. It would be utter madness to shut it. Treelike at Truro is already too busy.

Its crazy not to keep it open for Local resident's & its a Holiday Resort!!! I lived in Newquay for over 20years & my Father was an Inpatient for 2months with fantastic care. Please we need this Hospital to Remain Open.

These beds are vital for sustainable health care. The MIU is priceless and much needed by the community, you close Newquay Hospital then you are insane.
