Keep your hands off of Father Altman. He's spoken only the Truth and in this day he is saying exactly what should have been said for all of Church History. He is fulfilling his duty as a Priest of Jesus' as he should. As all of you the Bishops and Priests should. We need the Truth. Not a watered down fabrication. We need Fr. Altman and all Good and Holy, Faithful Priests. Leave him to do God's work as he was ordained to do.

While I am not a parishioner at St. James the Less, I wish I was. I support Father Altman, and, as a daughter of the Catholic Church, I implore you not to censure Father Altman in any way. He has been an inspiration to Catholics across the U.S. and the world. I agree entirely with the sentiments of this petition and beseech you not to disregard my signature solely on the basis of not being a parishioner. Your Exellency, it is a desert out here. We are thirsting for Truth, and Father Altman is being a faithful servant of God in providing it.

Father Altman is the most wonderful and truthful priest that I’ve ever encountered. His homilies have brought myself and others indescribable joy, hope, conviction, reflection, and more than I can express here. Please please re-think your position on asking him to resign. Father Altman is exactly who we want and need to lead us in the time of darkness in our world. Thank you.

I am sick and tired of faithful, strong, and holy priests being targeted and thrown out like trash. Bishops may not have to give honest testimony for why they do things in this life, but they WILL in the next one.
