I find this so sad that a Bishop would cave to any opposition to a fellow priest who shares the truth and God’s word. Especially to anyone promoting what the Catholic Church does not, such as Abortion and the destruction of the family. I believe the Bishop unfortunately has seen the fall of all Fr. Altman reaped for his parish over the last 3-4 years of service there.
Please wake up and stand up for what we as parishioners request and desperately need and have received from Fr. Altman and other brave priests. Please rethink this action that will go down in history as assisting in the fall of our church in America. We need strong, faithful leaders that will stand with us against the evil and tyranny that is present and has infiltrated our church and country. Don’t give away our freedom and rights to hear the truth and receive the benefits that so many need as Fr. Altman has provided.

Thomas and myself, Mary are asking you to allow Fr. Altman to remain a Priest in good standing in your diocese of LaCrosse in our beautiful state of WI. He is a holy and much needed Priest and is under much persecution. Please do not be part of these. He is telling God's Truth and God is using him. Blessings!

How can we help Father Altman? Beware the words "divisive" and "discord" and so on. When Jesus gave his Bread of Life discourse (John ch. 6) on His Body and Blood, it was his own disciples (check it out, it's true) who walked away from a teaching they found too hard to accept, and they no longer went about in his company. Jesus turned to the Twelve and asked if they, too, would go away. Peter anwered that they had no one else to turn to, for Jesus has the words of eternal life. Who was being divisive? Those who walked away? Or the Apostles who stayed with Him? Or Jesus, who let them walk away? Unity does not mean everyone is assembled under the same umbrella, or everyone who calls themselves Catholic. Unity is in the teaching of Jesus as handed on from the Apostles for 2,000 years. I want to help Father Altman. Besides writing to bishops, what can I do?
