Hey, I'm an American and I think Jeremy Corbyn is an inspiring example and should confront the Tories and the ruling class by turning the Labour Party into a real Democratic Socialist party.

The Labour MP's should be helping Jeremy Corbyn so we can be a real alternative to the Tories in 2020.

People sniping at Corbyn from the backbenches are essentially trying to destroy the Labour Party. At the moment some kind of Blairite coup would almost certainly fail and an anti-Corbyn resistance founded around Cooper would probably also founder as she only came third with 17%. And I can't see Burnham, who has to his credit abided by the democratic decision of his members, leading any kind of resistance. Dramatic as it sounds, efforts to usurp or sabotage Corbyn's leadership will only harm the party. We're yet to see whether the public will vote in sufficient numbers for a really left-wing party, but what I think is certain is that they definitely won't vote for what they see as a divided one.

Onwards and upwards with Corbyn. Time for Labour to return to its roots, and values, lost by millionaires, like Blair and his right wing cronies.

This country used to have a sense of fairness, the media has made it fairly clear that this has been thrown out of the window. I would say though that the media are run and owned by multi millionaires so if you really think they have not got an ulterior motive you are deluding yourselves.

In the interest of common sense and decency (not words usually associated with media) leave this man alone. Report the news, don't distort to try and turn people away from him.

It is not surprising to see the media attacking Jeremy Corbyn and the new shadow cabinet. What is significant is the ferocity of these attacks which are born of desperation on the part of the Blairite Labour Party right wing and those who control the media. These attacks will not be without effect on working people and this will not be limited to British workers. The important events such as the rallies in favour of Jeremy Corbyn and changed nature of Prime Ministers question time are having a significant influence on working people which is building the confidence of the Labour Movement. The workers of Canada are, despite the limited coverage of the main stream media, watching the events which are taking place in Britain and learning lessons. The Labour Movement in Canada must act in solidarity to support Jeremy Corbyn and the working people of Britain who are under attack from a Conservative Government that only represents the interests of the wealth minority in the fast deteriorating Capitalist System. Comradely greetings In solidarity. Keith Norman Wyatt New Democratic Party (personal capacity) Red Deer Alberta Canada

It was to be expected that the Tory gutter press would continually vilify Jeremy Corbyn but any Labour MPs assisting them are, quite bluntly, traitors. There is no excuse, especially after the press onslaught by the Blairites before the election.
