Conservative parliamentary candidate and former MP for Runnymede & Weybridge has stated that he will continue to charge taxpayers for his second home, until the parliamentary expenses system stops him in 2012. That could be as much as £30,000 of our money to fund his London flat. "We, the signatories below, condemn any further attempts by Philip Hammond to have taxpayers fund his second home and call on him, if elected, to immediately announce that he will fund his second home out of his personal finances or join the people he seeks to represent in commuting to and from London."
