We have been in Hammock Bay for almost 10 years. At the beginning it was ok. But sent we have grown slow service and terrible customer service.

We are paying for 100mps and even wired, we are getting way less. Sometimes only 2 or 3 mps. Please address this issue quickly!

My download less than 10.Upload is point 8. I can't download anything. I can't share anything.Can't see message. Has been 3 weeks since I can do anything. On the computer.I thing we need to figure out how many days we actually can use computer and use this to decide how much we are paying Service person still a no show.

Century link internet is a joke, no matter what speed you pay for streaming anything is hit and miss because it cuts out completely all the time......

Century link is by far the worst, most unreliable, slowest internet provider we've ever used. I go to school online and have had to go to the closest public wifi hookup a few times because our internet just randomly decides to not work at times. It is truly ridiculous and we are fed up!

Service never works! I call to have it fixed and all I get is a band-aid style fix.

More residents moving in and overloading the server is not an excuse. Our internet speed that we pay for shouldn't be sacrificed just because there is a contract in Hammock Bay.

Pay for a 40 Mbps connection however every evening this drops to 5-10 Mbps. So I am getting barely a quarter of the speed I pay for.
