Dear Neighbors,

As many of you know there are many plans before the Medina City Council to develop different types of housing along CR116 and the Medina Country Club Golf Course. The council seems to be pushing ahead with the building phase without addressing infrastructure. Primarily traffic flow (already terrible!) with no real plans to solve this BEFORE building more homes. In addition they plan a massive tree and woods removal along Shawnee Woods Road (north of the golf course). We are asking for your support by signing this petition to HALT all building plans along CR116 unless and until these issues are truly addressed AND solved prior to plan approval.Please contact the Medina City Council members and voice your opposition along with signing this petition. As neighbors were very effective in halting the Dominium Project – let’s do it again!
