On Halloween night, we would like to block off San Miguel from 5:30 pm - 9 pm. We will set up the barricades at the top of San Miguel (at Colorado) and the bottom of San Miguel (at Nithsdale). This would create a much safer, fun and festive night for our families as well as for those families from other neighborhoods who come to enjoy and celebrate this holiday.
