'The Halifax Parking Ban Stand' is an opportunity to voice your opinion on the controversial Halifax NS Winter Parking Ban. The ban is enforced from mid December through to the end of March and is the subject of much discussion in the media and on the street as HRM residents question the relevancy and fairness of the current system. Names collected in this petition will be added to suggestions gathered through public events and via email (see below) and sent to appropriate officials, giving them a better understanding of where the public sits offering possible solutions to the problem, if indeed there is one.
