This is a petition asking the Ateneo de Naga Junior High School University, that grade 9 and 10 students are allowed to grow out longer hair for the next two months, as long as ; it is clean and well maintained.
This is to show that the students can
A. Maintain proper hygiene involving the taking care of hair no matter what legnth it is.
B. Show a classier, more dapper look for prom and/or moving up ceremony.
