THE PEOPLE'S DEMANDS
1. Write off all arrears
2. No increases
3. Moratorium on disconnections and evictions for domestic and business
4. 50% salary cuts for all councillors
5. End wasteful expenditure like on Ushaka Marine world.
6. Nail and Jail corrupt Officials and Councillors
