Tariffs keep on rising making it impossible to survive.we've had too many power outages/loadshedding, but still paying exorbitant fees.its unacceptable.

There should be no increases from the Municipality, people are struggling to make ends meet,leave alone getting food on the table.How on earth are we expected to pay these exorbitant bills.

I too have been billed excessively. I had no option to make a deal to pay even though my meter has not been read for the past year or more, to date no meter reading. Due to Covid-19 and the high bills, it is extremely difficult to put food on the table.

How are we to survive during this pandemic when our salaries barely covers our electricity and water bills... Some people don't have money for food cos we have to pay these sky high bills.

I only have one water meter but I get charged for water and Sewages. My meter reading is +-27kl per month and I get a reading for Sewages 21kl per month. How is this possible.
