Dear All I recommend that each member of the committee of 3 whom will discussing with Palm Hills to have one or files responsible for I.e one member reposible for beach development another member for facility managment serves development for the HB and last member for Securitity ,rules and regulations. And each one of these members have a group from a volunteers to help in discussion with neighbour collecting comments and needs . Then set priorities and time time line then the committee manage the discussion with palm hills managment. This an option to share . Yet I vote already
