We the undersigned managers of HA, believe that all players should receive passing skills proportional to their attack, shot, and goalie abilities. The descriptions of these skills in the guide states that they are what affect passing. It is not fair that managers that have trained these skills knowing this fact are now placed on the same level as those who did not take the responsiblity to properly train their players. Furthermore, when the idea of passing was introduced, HA team members said it would be based on current skills.
