There are plenty of baseball fields that are unused a majority of the year. Rugby is year round (and higher fitness too)

rugby is more prevalent than people realize, and growing every day. it needs to be given the same consideration as all the other sports being played, esp. with it being back in the Olympics in 2016!

Rugby is already very popular abroad, and is a tough and entertaining sport to participate in. Also, the people who play rugby are a great crowd to have keeping an eye on the neighborhood!
