Sir it has been seen that even sustainable & true objections given in draft master plan in district gurgaon are not put to acting in the Final development plan as some lower officer’s just intend to make a negate, false , fabricated report in order to injure other’s which is also a Crime under I.P.C and send it to senior officer. Kindly look into the matter your self in the interest of justice and make suitable change as empower to you by the State for the Benefit of the public( we the people) <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Complaint & sustainable objection in draft development plan Gurgaon  Manesar 2031 for proper utilization of agriculture land which is scarce as population of Haryana has drastically increased and more and more agriculture land has been utilized for residential, commercial purposes which is also needed Hence, in the interest of public reduce the minimum area to 1 acre for allowing farm houses,

 Even a deep illegality is shows , as Rural Industrial Scheme/Small Scale Industrial are provided in agriculture zone on the Minimum road of 12 mt. I.e.. 40 Ft , NO VILLAGE’S IN THE SAID MASTER PLAN HAS SUCH ROAD/REVENUE ROAD AS SUCH THIS PROVISON BECOME INFLUCTIOUS , ILLEGAL , UNJUST . THE MAX ROAD IN ALL THE VILLAGE IN REVENUE RECOARD IS 33 Ft Kindly Amend the same to 33 ft , to  avoid showing a vested interest favoring building lobby as there would be no proper utilization of agriculture land then FARMER’s and OWNER’s would be compelled to sell there land to building ‘s and land grabber’s and it would make the said Development plan , a Dummy plan

                    It is well understood and seen , that  there is scarcity of land already in Gurgaon ,holding of agriculture land is very less due to increase in population, concept of nuclear families, expensive cost of agriculture  land as being next to Delhi and in prime Gurgaon Ref. Circle Rate 2012-13 Tehsil Gurgaon and Sohna , if the current minimum requirement  i.e  2 acre is kept  intact it would amount the following Infringement  of Constitutional right , fundamental right , Private ownership right and also amount mount to Depriving Property Right’s under section 300A of Constitution of India Housing problem ,/ Adding housing problem to Gurgaon:-

1)     No proper utilization of agriculture land

2)Revenue loss in Crore’s of government in the form of CLU fees,taxes etc.

3) There will be no proper utilization of agriculture land as non availability (minimum 2 acre) with a single owner, farm house means  a house  which is used for sub servant purposes  of agriculture activities as without a proper rooms / house there is no proper agriculture , the result is not fulfilled and    there is shortage of grains ,vegetables etc .

4)     Moreover in Delhi farm houses  on 1 acre land have started  approving. It is a serious  need to change the fifty years law/concept of minimum requirement 2 acres for a house in a  farm  as on the above and below stated facts as it also amounts  to infringement of fundamental constitutional  rights, revenue loss to government

5)    ,  Due to non availability of approval for house(which is a mandatory requirement for agriculture now a days) as due to fifty years old unchanged with time minimum area 2 acre for a house in a farm there is no proper utilization of the farm .

6)    There will be no country home , which is a concept covering  all over the World as there are not much single owner of 2 acre land in the said agriculture zone of the above said master plan .

If Such error/old unchaged * unrealistic  minimum is still recorded in Final master plan Gurgaon Manesar  Development Plan 2031  , There will no utilization of agriculture land in the true spirit of Constitution of India arcital Section 300 A ,  there will be no development , Infrastructure , grown in the area & it will remain a backward area nor there can be any agriculture activity as no area to stay and safety as no small house /Farm house can come up in there Privately owned land .

It is reqesting under various provion of law , natural justice and provision of Constitution to reduce the minium area for building a house subservent to agriculture i.e Farm House to 1 acre and to have a justifed reduction even reduce the covered area to half the current covered area allow .

 Rural Industrial Scheme/Small Scale Industria are provided in agriculture zone on the Minimum road 33 Ft I.e 10 Mt .AS THERE IS NO RECOAD IN ANY VILLAGE OF 12 Mt.
