I'm also a UK citizen and don't know alot about the American constitution or law, so not sure if I should sign the petition due to that fact

I think guns should be banned in the USA, In the UK our police don't carry guns but we do have armed response police units across the country if needed. Just an idea but maybe the USA could do the same, and they should give longer sentences to those caught carrying them so the police don't have to carry guns.

its honestly terrifying hearing about these shootings every few months. something needs to change over there because innocent people keep getting hurt.
