What type of person leaves there children alone while having a meal especially when there are child minding facilities it doesn't make sence

I think it's disgraceful they have not been tried for neglect. Any middle class parent would have been hung, drawn & quartered had they been in the same situation

There is too much evidence against them and the detective's book was incredibly interesting and scary to show how many things were 'just not right'. As a parent myself, if never leave my child alone to even pop next door, let alone go out for the night! Regardless of what happened to Madeline that night, they are guilty of neglect and child endangerment and it's unjust that this couple can continue making money off their daughter without being prosecuted for their disgusting behaviour 10 years ago. They prove every day they have not learnt their lesson as they still have 2 other children they should be focussing on

They are guilty in the proved fact they left their children alone in a unsecured environment so that they could have their own enjoyment. It has greatly been overlooked these children were alone and no charges have brought against them for child neglect as they intentionally left them unattended.

There are very clear CP concerns - it would seem that there status means that they are above the law. The old myth that professional people don't abuse and neglect there children ! Reality being they are manipulative and intelligent enough to cover there tracks and use media spin to detract attention away from them. If they had been looking after there child she would not have been taken - that's if you believe this was not an inside job. To loose a child is devastating , to live with guilt is equally destroying the truth well prevail I hope so that all involved can get justice and peace.

like many others I am appalled they have never been prosecuted for neglect and had their other children took off them.They are at least guilty of neglect but their actions after her alleged abduction lead me to believe they are guilty of much more

Anyone who leaves thier own child unattended to go and enjoy themselves for a night out is clearly guilty of neglect. How else can you put it? McCanns won't admit it as they'll get publicly persecuted and ripped to shreds by the press and public. They should be charged and jailed for neglect and wasting police time & money!!!!!!

I am appalled they have not been prosecuted for neglect... I just can't believe these people practise medicine in the UK and simply don't understand how they got away with it. As to whether they have killed their daughter... Indirectly by neglect, yes! Directly, I don't know; I find it hard to believe they could have hidden the body so well in a foreign country...
I don't think "public interest" will be served until they are duly prosecuted.
