1. Allow guild leaders to choose how to distribute gear that drops from Guild Raids. The current mandatory auction system is flawed, favors the wealthy, and (almost) everyone hates it. Allow us to distribute or hold drops until a player can at least afford to claim a drop with gold. Even better would be to just allow leaders to freely distribute drops as they see fit, no gold expenditure required. But more options = better.
2. Return T1 drops to Old World Guild Raid Advs. Reduce the drop rate, but don't just yank them entirely.. it's not fair to newer servers that we now have to get through much harder content to access the same gear.
3. Allow restricted trade of unbound items between players. Self explanatory. Everyone wants this. Please listen to us.

Please bring back the old raid drops! My guild has been struggling for weeks and we just want a fair way to get gear.
