Please join in on the petition to fight against the new parking policy stated below. As adults, we do not and should not have to register our guests as if we live in a college dorm. Not only are we being asked to register our guests, but we also have to tell what time they will be visiting. Really? We have 310 units in this community and a very very small number of guest parking spaces and very limited street parking. Guest parking on the 4th floor has also been eliminated. Please read the new policy below and sign this petition!!!
Due to current residents continuing to use the Guest Parking spaces we have implemented a new Guest Parking policy for the designated spaces in the lower level in our parking garage.
YOU MUST NOW REGISTER YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH THE FRONT DESK AND PICK UP A TAG THAT WILL BE VALID DURING THE DATES OF THEIR STAY.
Any vehicle not registered with the front desk may be towed. We hope that this will help ensure your guests will have a place to park when visiting.

We are passing out a temporary parking permit for your visitors to park in the guest parking space starting on12-17-2013. If you invite a visitor over we ask that you bring their vehicle information to the concierge (front desk) so their information will be on file.
Your visitor will receive a blue temporary parking permit (only one temporary permit per apartment) up to 5 days.
We ask that you place this permit so that it is visible over the front mirror, so when the concierges checks the parking lot they will be able to see the permit. If any vehicle is parked in the guest parking without a parking permit it will be towed or booted immediately. We also ask that if there is any residents parked in the guest parking please move your vehicle or it will be towed or booted.
