Median parking on Dolores and Guerrero Streets is often the only viable option for our elderly members at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church who no longer live in the city to attend worship services. Our church also serves as a venue for 8+ vocal groups who require parking for their weekend concerts and whose attendees then often patronize area businesses.

As a Marin resident driving to services in San Francisco, the median parking is often my only option.

The parking is much needed and brings communities together for worship in the city. I support the long standing tradition.

San Francisco has had a history with parking since I've move to this city in the last 15-20 years. All church's or places of worship should be granted privileges to park in non-main business streets with 4 lanes for additional and sometimes no parking at these locations. This should not need a petition but should be just a tolerance within our communities.

We have so many families with small children. There are so many care items that must go with young families. A car is the only practical way to transport children and their care items.

Although I walk rather than drive to worship services, I support the long standing tradition of allowing parking on the median strips. It allows more people to join with their faith communities.

We go to Sha'ar Zahav and need this parking too. It doesn't cause traffic problems. It brings communities together.

I live in Oakland and when I can I take BART but when I need to drive to come to services it is almost impossible to find parking without being able to park in the median. Please continue it.

As a Cong. Sha'ar Zahav member, I support the petition of our neighboring church. I also urge support for Sha'ar Zahav members to park in the Dolores St. median during Jewish religious services on Friday eve & Saturday morning.

Please support the church communities in the Mission District (ironically the name comes from the Church Missions there) allow parking for the congregation. The pros of allowing this far outweigh any cons.

Please protect the right of the citizens of the Bay Area to congregate by continuing to allow the directed access to parking on Guerrero Street! Responsibly guided parking is necessary to support our freedom to worship within city limits!

We appreciate having the parking on Dolores so much to make attending our religious service on Sunday mornings with ease as a family! Please allow it to continue!

Please keep Median parking for Sunday church services. It is hugely helpful and makes all the difference in attending church once a week.
