The military fail to provide medicare for active veterans returning from Vietnam for agent Orange. They placed we were exposed to agent Orange in our medical records or discuss the health issues . VA has denied my claims three times because my medical records doesn't stated anything about agent Orange . The government exposed 90 million miltary members to this deathly chemical . Our congress should be ashamed of themselves when they pass a Bill to compensated the Vietnamese but not the American that service in Vietnam and Thailand from 1965 to 1975. We are informed your claims is denied because it not your outdated presumptive lists . While veterans are dieing everyday. They just don't care . Willie Smith

I have conditions related to AO, but the VA will not honor the conditions related to the AO. I served on Guam from 1974-1976 and lived off base in the town of Yigo until Typhoon Pamela hit. Type 2 diabetes, Scleroderma, Hypertension, and a few more. All we need is someone to get it right.

Signed. On behalf of Mr. Thang Van Nguyen, Vietnam veteran who affected by Agent Orange. His Thang's daughter - Thoa Nguyen, is another forgotten victim of Agent Orange in Vietnam. Thoa and her younger brother are both victims of Agent Orange dioxin. Thoa got a scary skin with huge black patches, numerous lumps, and sprickly hair all over her body. The lumps are filled with fluid and can't drain. Her younger brother had a serious heart disease and passed away at the age of 7. Yes, the US government has lied too many times about the use of Agent Orange. The government denied the use of AO at every military until it was proven in court and the are still doing it today. In the end all of these bases were proven to have used AO.

My father served in the army at that time. I know he was a tunnel rat. Now he has high blood pressure and other health problems. I worry about him every day. My sisters and I every couple of years get a reoccuring rash that lasts about a year, my father also gets same rash. I also wonder about my children, the oldest has Persuasive Developmental delay and my youngest has attention deficet disorder and takes medication for it. Something does need to be done now. My father has been trying for his VA benefits for more than 5 years, he's been unable to work. I want to talk to whoever decides this and ask them what their problem is and straighten them out. It's so wrong to not give our veterans what they need after they risk their lives for us. To ignore our veterans and their problems is the biggest sin in the world, and if this is how all goverment offices are, god help us all. What happened to "For the people and By the people!"
