This is overreach of power, funny how the GTHL decided to silence comments on their Instagram release on this issue

This is like using a hammer to swat a fly. Decision should be overturned. Devastating to the boys who’ve played heart and soul — and are now being hurt because of a technicality in which they had no part. C’mon.

did you punish the team and coaches on the Brantford team for bullying? but you're punishing this entire team for a trainer's lack of credentials? hockey canada, do better.

Let these kids play - it wasn't their fault but they are having to pay the price for someone's mistake. Make it right.

Let the kids play! If you don’t, some will be scarred from sport forever. We want all people to continue in activities for life.

Administrators - you should all be ashamed of yourselves. Looks like a classic case of bullying to me.

Adults (GTHL and administration) make mistakes and the kids pay. Makes sense sounds like the Canadian government they make the mistakes and we pay. Let them play

I hope the GTHL are proud of themselves. If anything, hand the Rattlers league a "fine", or a 2 game suspension, but to knowingly understand they have most likely damaged the mental health of these innocent young boys, is unacceptable. The responsibility is now on the GTHL, if anything should happen to one or more of these young players.

Don't punish the kids for no fault of theirs. Don't negatively affect the careers of playing hockey some of the kids have chosen. Let the kids have trust in the Hockey League.

Please don’t punish the boys for an error that had nothing to do with their playing talents!
