As an educator, I am always teaching my students that mistakes are made and we can learn from them. What the league has done is showing individuals that mistakes only have severe consequences and that is just not right. Give these individuals their season back.

Can the trainer not take a hearty fine and be removed/ replaced on the bench? Even all coaching staff that was involved be fined and not allowed to coach next season

The Rattlers organization needs to be held accountable.A Compliance Officer needs to be part of the organization amongst other roles. I see that 2 people with the same last name are running the show. Compliance, financials, development needs checks and balances. No matter how you look at it , it falls on the organization, and as a result the kids and families are punished. Make it right, either by way of refund or credits for next year. To be at that level in your U16 year and have this happen is devastating.

Ridiculous! When coach/ trainers are selected, their qualifications should all be confirmed at the beginning of each season. Don’t take it out on the boys , it’s the organization’s responsibility!

This decision affects all kids that play in the GTHL. Punishing the kids is wrong. Find an alternative way. Please reverse decisions.

Please don’t strip the wins due to a clerical error. These kids are almost finished their minor hockey. Please understand, the perception of power, is a lot different than actual power. Adults altering kids sports, due to another adults mistake is mid blowing.
GTHL needs a house cleaning!
