Would add a lot more replay value. Driving and modifying vehicles is what I love about GTA games! Still disappointed that, instead of polishing gta 4 vehicle mechanics, they went for more arcade style driving which feels dumbed down and boring!

we need that More Sick ways to tune cars making them so tuned that not maybe others can have the same style of your car
and than this wiht police would be great to get police outfits and cars and such It would be great
