We the undersigned believe that the tennis courts at Grove Park, Weston-super-Mare, should be retained for recreational use.

We call on North Somerset Council to seek ways of refurbishing or restoring them, which may include working with or involving a partner organisation, to provide high quality recreational facilities for the benefit to the local community.

We further call on the Diocese of Bath and Wells to uphold the provisions of the covenant over the land, which prevents a change of use of the land without their permission.
