Grit All School Bus Routes

This policy is long out of date and discriminatory to those in the areas gritting doesn't take place

Time for change.

Hanslough Road needs to be put on the list. I have three teenagers who get the bus at the top of mullanary, and I'm afraid of them being hurt.

Not gritting roads like this, where children and families are travelling in perilous conditions is totally irresponsible.

All roads should be gritted people don't just use main roads

Save our children’s lives. Grit all school bus routes. We pay rates in the countryside too you know!

The armaghbreague road is never gritted so parents taking their children into The school which is so dangerous as the road is Like a bottle

I fully agree that all rural routes especially those an school bus routes should be regularly gritted

With the effects of climate changes and the chances of severe frosts ,having all school bus routes gritted is essential.

My children have missed school due to my local roads not being gritted - in this day & age this is absolutely unacceptable….

Grit all routes

Farnaloy road in madden is a disgrace. There are two schools on this road and the ulster bus stops in 3 locations on this road to collect children for the high school. On Tuesday a car crashed into one of those very bus stops destroying it and writing off their car, thankfully no lives were lost. It is a disgrace as parents we run the risk of crashing in order to take our children to school, they deserve an educate but their lives should not be a risk getting there due to ungritted roads!

School roads need gritted for the sake of childrens lives which is more important than a bit of salt

Our children need to be able to travel to school safely. Grit our rural school routes on the Hanslough Road and Mullanary Road Middletown. Our children deserve better.

Get them gritted, even if you have to get out of your own wee warm office!!
