The Board is in the process of getting bids for adding a permanent sign to be installed in front of The Farmhouse entrance. They tabled it last meeting. I would guess that a large majority of our residents can get notices through emails or on social media in today’s world. I just don’t see this type of sign in comparable neighborhoods. It is time for the Board to get some input from residents about changing the look of our neighborhood. If you do not want an entrance sign at the Farmhouse please sign this petition.

The scale of this response confirms that neighborhood aesthetics are a priority for the residents. I have drafted a formal letter to the Board requesting that this item be removed from the upcoming agenda until a public forum is held.

I believe that Greystone Farms has more than enough signs. We certainly don’t need any additional ones. We’re starting to look like a public park.
This sign would be good at a strip mall advertising pizza, perhaps, but not in a nice neighborhood.
The sign is distasteful & tacky. We have more effective ways of communication. Text messaging & email is much more appropriate for message delivery. There are even auto text options that the hoa can enroll to lighten the burden on board members.
A marquee sign is outdated and unnecessary, and certainly not aesthetically pleasing in our neighborhood.

In Vietnam there no a lot of signs, this prace look like pubric park with all signs.

How about instead of an ugly sign, you start building a playground for the many children living in Greystone Farms
