We have worked for the past 20 years to make a pool a reality. The swimmers have achieved at all levels of competition. The youth of Grenada deserve this. We need the commitment of the Government to really make this a reality.

When we look regionally at the facilities for swimming, Grenada is no way close. Our current facility is what they use as a warm-up/down pool. Please help this worthwhile venture for the development of swimming in Grenada.

There is such sporting talent in Grenada. A proper length pool with appropriate facilities is essential to allow our youngsters to continue train, develop, compete and shine in the international arena.

I worked on fundraising before I left the island in 1999 as I understand it the association was given land for the placement of the pool, it's 16 years later. What happened? It's time we see that money put to use.

Adequate swimming facalities are fundamental to allow swimmers to attain their full potential. The current conditIons at the pool are deplorable and as such hinder swimmers from reaching their true potential. URGENT ACTIONS BY THE RELEVANT PERSONS ARE NEEDED NOW!!!!!

Grenada is a a disadvantage, therefore our our children are being held back from the best opportunities in the sport of swimming. Grenada is missing out on potential sports tourism, jobs & scholorships, as well as better health and fitness opportunites for our nation being denied due to a lack of adequate pool facilities in Grenada.

I fully support this as well. The facilities have pretty much been the same since I used to swim about 15-20 years ago and as a past private swim coach I have seen numerous parents choosing to pull their children out of swim lessons because of the conditions.
