What patronising twaddle. I would have paid the yearly charge plus 13.95 a lift (my average weight is 45kg). - Thorntons do the lift for 4.35 euro! Even though I have changed provider I still have my old bins sitting outside my gate for months because Greyhound won't collect them despite repeated ringing. I know everyone is having problems.
