We the undersigned citizens of Miami Beach, hereby respectfully request the Miami Beach Commissioners vote in favor of Michael Lefkowitz and ECS Business Services when the Commission votes on the Enhanced Utility Award on December 12, 2018.
We hope and expect ECS Business Services, a local vendor, will be awarded the contract for identifying the City's lost utility revenue. .
We want the earned vendor fees to remain in MB, and not go out of state!

I really thought this might just be a quiet local issue but seeing all this energy behind keeping our hard earned money right here in the city is honestly overwhelming. It feels like the tide is finally turning and it gives me so much hope that we can actually get the commissioners to focus on what matters most for Miami Beach.

Michael Lefkowitz is honest, dedicated, and he is from Miami Beach. The other company is from Texas. shouldn’t a local vendor get the chance? No one better than Michael.
Michael Lefkowitz is a long-time resident and business owner of Miami Beach. We should give our city funds for this project to a local businessman who has the experience and resources to do the job.
Michael Lefkowitz is a long time resident of Miami Beach who has been active in asssting city residents in times of disaster and need. He has impeccable qualifications, and years of experience in utility bill analysis and will save the city much needed funds.
