We the undersigned citizens of Miami Beach, hereby respectfully request the Miami Beach Commissioners vote in favor of Michael Lefkowitz and ECS Business Services when the Commission votes on the Enhanced Utility Award on December 12, 2018.

We hope and expect ECS Business Services, a local vendor, will be awarded the contract for identifying the City's lost utility revenue. .

We want the earned vendor fees to remain in MB, and not go out of state!
