I resigned my GP membership a couple of years ago because of the misogyny I saw at national level, especially at conferences. I would like to support the GP again but only if it recognises sex based rights.

Women and girls had to fight for legal standing distinct from men and achieved that in 1992 with the criminalisation of rape within marriage. Denying women exist distinct from all men is to deny female history and daily experience. The Green Party used to support female liberation. I hope it will again soon.

I will not vote for any party which fails to support women's sex-based rights

As a Green Party member I have been disgusted by bullying and discrimination I’ve seen from GPEW members. The truth is not hate speech and attempts to shut down reasonable and needed conversations around women’s rights under the guise of describing it as ‘hate’ or ‘transphobia’ needs to stop.

As birth women, we have a set of lived experiences that are not shared with any other woman, periods, childbirth and menopause. These are some of the most painful experiences in life and we should be able to share with each other as women, united by our sex.

We are humans all of us. We must help each other and learn from each other in respect and armony. Singing and dancing together

Everyone has the right to live as they wish, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, ability or other characteristic. These characteristics should not determine or limit what you can do, who you love, how you can live. A greener world would accept and welcome people for who they are, as they are. Globally it is women who suffer unwanted pregnancies, period and menopause days, discriminatory legislation from Trump to Taliban to FGM versions of mysogeny. You can change how you live, but you can't change your past experience, which is highly dependent on sex. Who you identify with matters far more than who you identify as - and kindness requires us to give each other space

At last the voice of sanity in the Green Party. Of course sex based rights and the right to be gender critical should be protected. Otherwise what is the party?

We shouldn’t have to write such declarations. I am appalled that the Green Party has come to this point. Women and girls’ empowerment is ESSENTIAL to a fossil-fuel-free future.

Women are adult human females. Xx and XY chromosomes. Biology will not be rewritten by idiots and the mentally challenged!

I sincerely hope the Green Party seriously consider this petition and adopt all the points made in it.

No man can identify as a women and destroy all the rights we’re been fighting for ever!
