Until Greenwich can provide the amazing instruction and support to students that EHS does, they need to provide busing.

Expediency should never override education. The right decision is sometimes difficult. Do the right thing. For children.

Eagle Hill School is a vital part of the Greenwich community. To discontinue bus service to EHS students and parents is unconscionable! Please reconsider.

My child is a student at EHS. He is classified, by Greenwich Public Schools, as a student with a disability and has an IEP through the district. His bus route is shared with Greenwich Academy, Greenwich Country Day and Brunswick, local private prep schools that educate neurotypical children. All of the private prep school students will be allowed to board that shared bus next school year while my son, who could never attend any of those schools due to his disability, will, literally, have the door shut on him. Allowing neurotypical children to freely board a bus to access their private school education while disallowing a disabled child to do the same is discrimination.

This cannot be real as a former student of EHS for 6 years and a resident of Greenwich CT. I am shocked the town would do such a thing just to save on pennies on the dollar. This school was the biggest blessing to me when I was a child but all of all things the town wanted to cut is transportation for children with Dyslexia and more. They should be ashamed of themself to even have considered doing this.

I'm originally from CT and have friends and family there with kids, some who have learning disabilities and other disadvantages. That you would disrespect and dismiss these kids is unconsionable! Do better and do the right thing.

I am an educated, full time working, single parent. The Greenwich Public School bus is a NEED not a want for my daughter to be able to attend Eagle Hill School. Please reconsider your decision. Thank you.

I believe it is important to keep bus service to EHS. It reduces our carbon footprint and helps the already congested intersections by EHS. Lastly, bus service provides an important social connection for our children.
