Sadly, this is becoming an intrusive nuisance in the lives of many who enjoy their backyards and the night sky.

We have a new neighbor that moved in from Southern California and promptly put in massive Outdorr Lighting that reflects onto a common pool in our HOA district that duplicates the amount of exterior lighting and prevents us from continuing to view the night sky, of which we view the constellation, the galaxies and stars nightly. My husband is a former aerospace, electrical engineer and his delight in looking at the night sky is one of his interest now prevented.

It's a shame that we can't enjoy our property because neighbors' lights shine all night into our windows and also light up our yard. So bad for humans, animals, and plants alike. Just selfish.

Our family is sick of it, our front bed rooms look as if people are shining halogen lights into our windows, my trees are being affected, as they get zero darkness at night, my grass grows at a ridiculous speed. This is ridiculous and as property owners our rights should not be infringed on....

I am a lighting designer, as well as the girl scout troop my two eldest daughters are in and I help lead, are studying light pollution and to hear the number of girls in our troop that hasn't ever truly seen the starts because of the light pollution due to excessive lighting and light glare is a problem and should be corrected!

We are dealing with a very vindictive neighbor that has placed a VERY HIGH LED power company provided street light in her backyard 30 ft from the rear of our house and I want it gone.

My next door neighbor has installed flood lights up on their roof which shine right into our bedroom! I have text them about it. It looks like a baseball field during a night game!

this is EXACTLY the issue I am now dealing with!!! Spotlights shining into my window all night long, from the neighbors behind me. It is disrespectful, irresponsible and totally without justification on their part. It should not be allowed. My HOA has refused to at despite my multiple requests.

We have a neighbor that leaves his flood lights on 24/7 which shine straight at the back of our house. So bright that we could read a newspaper at night on our deck.

Many neighbors near my home have very obnoxious lights shining directly across property lines

As a new home owner in a quiet neighborhood with very loud neighboring church lighting, I totally support This effort.
Thank you
