We moved here ONLY because of the Hardin Valley School, when we had options to choose Farragut school. This being one of the older subdivision, it should be kept in the Hardin Valley School. Why don't we use the Pellissippi Highway as a dividing line?

We moved to this neighborhood this year *specifically* because it was zoned for Hardin Valley schools. Our youngest is the quarterback for Hardin Valley 10U. Our oldest is in 6th grade at Hardin Valley elementary. Our youngest splits 50% of his time between our his and his other house but his other house is hard-zoned for Hardin Valley. This would make it much more difficult for us to have him during the week since he would not be able to ride the bus to or from school. We strongly prefer them to be in the same school system. Also, we *specifically* looked at this neighborhood because of the resale value of a home in this sought-after school system. There was no heads-up or fair warning that there was any possibility of a rezoning.
This neighborhood is great for families but the rezoning will make it somewhat divisional with older kids zoned for Hardin Valley but younger kids have to cross Pellissippi to get to school.
Please leave this neighborhood zoned as is and allow us to remain in Hardin Valley School system.

We have two kids one in elementary and one in middle school, and we don’t want to split the school systems that they are attending.

I have two kids at Hardin Valley Schools. One in Elementary and one in Middle. I want them to stay where they are please.

I feel it would be too dangerous for cars and buses to cross over pellissippi at such a busy time.

I strongly agree that Greenbrook should not be rezoned for the new elementary school for all of the reasons stated in this petition letter.

I support the views of writer of the petition. We are Hardin Valley all the way. Greenbrook is closer to the schools then covered Bridge or any of those communities on the other side of Pellissippi parkway. We are in the heart of HV.
