our neighborhood can sustain this many more people or cars. The Circle K would be overwhelmed.

please do not change the zoning on this property! if i had wanted to live in congestion, I have stayed in Phoenix. You have done enough damage to our community by the expansion on Hayden, PLEASE STOP1111

As a member of this neighborhood having spoken to many others in the community I can tell you we’re against this development. See you at the planning commission meeting.

When will it end. I have lived in south Scottsdale for over nearly 50 years and every session its just one exception, plus it will benefit the residents. Well, the resident don't want it.

enough is enough!! The traffic and all the stop lights are KILLING the feeling of old town Scottsdale!! Lived here for 30 plus years. I tell my out of town friends "Scottsdale" is French for "another red light"

As a loyal resident of Scottsdale our family urges you NOT to grant the zoning changes this project demands.

What are you people thinking? Don't we have enough condos and apts? Just where do you think all this water is going to come from. I voted our Mayor in based on his platform to reduce all the bldg. Ready to vote you all out

South Scottsdale does not need additional apartments! I object to the rezoning and agree with all the reasons submitted in the petition.

Please stop building apartments and condos our water supply is already dangerously low and by adding more apartments and condos we are increasing the amount of traffic at this corner which already has an overflow of traffic with all the apartments around here

South Scottsdale is already over developed.

This is a terrible idea. We do NOT need more traffic and people to congest this area. It's barely sustainable as is.. Please do NOT let this go through.

Please do not let this happen to our already over-loaded neighborhood.

I spent several years working for Urban Development and Housing. During that time if I learned anything it was people create the environment. Those of use who have spent decades to work towards living in a nice family type neighborhood are being ignored in this community. We are living next to an AirB&B or feeling the effects of multi housing, which I do not understand how a single family home can be used as a motel short tern rental in a residential zoned neighborhood. The added traffic, transient people and neighborhood crime are all closing in on us. Loosing this shopping center will be nothing less than a great inconvenience for me as I shop at most of the stores and eat at the restaurants in there.

If the intersection is made into a roundabout how are pedestrians supposed to cross the streets. And how do you fit six lanes of traffic into a roundabout in a neighborhood arterial street.
