I am against every aspect of this project!! We don’t need height restrictions changed, we don’t need the tremendous amount of traffic it will bring, and their “ retail” concession is a joke!

No more high rise apartments or condos! It’s getting too congested and crowded and Scottsdale has lost the feeling of a small city. What about more traffic?

Please don’t destroy this corner. A high rise destroys our view & will add significantly more congestion to a corner that is aleady congested. Even the construction will make the corner very difficult for current residents.
